Kede College of Capital Normal University (National Code: 13629) is a full-time general higher education institution (independent college) approved by the Ministry of Education to offer undergraduate degree programs. The college participates in the national unified enrollment plan for ordinary higher education institutions.
The college is located in Daxing District, Beijing. The main campus covers nearly 500 acres, and the institution also owns over 1,400 acres of internship and practical training bases. The campus is digitally equipped, with advanced laboratories, libraries, sports fields, theaters, gyms, and experimental training centers. The campus features unique architectural styles and an aesthetically pleasing environment.
Established in 2004, the college enrolls students from more than 30 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) across China, with over 5,000 students currently enrolled. The college has schools in various disciplines, including the School of Art and Design, School of Media, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, School of Intelligent Science and Technology, and the International School of Culture. In 2022, the college offered undergraduate programs and specialized directions in fields such as Broadcast Television Directing, Broadcasting and Hosting Arts, Photography, Performance, Visual Communication Arts, Environmental Design, Art Design, Digital Media Arts, Art and Technology, Calligraphy, Sound Recording Arts, Film and Television Photography and Production, Preschool Education, Chinese Language and Literature, and Exhibition Economics and Management, enrolling students nationwide.
The college follows an academic credit system. Students who complete the required coursework and meet graduation standards will be awarded a Bachelor's degree certificate from Kede College of Capital Normal University. Those who meet the conditions for a Bachelor's degree will also be awarded a Bachelor's degree certificate from the college.
