Part 1
汤姆最近工作不顺遂，和女友的感情也降温了，
他感到生活无趣，找不到幸福的意义。
Tom has recently been having trouble at work, and his relationship with his girlfriend has cooled down. He feels that life is dull and cannot find the meaning of happiness.
Part 2
难得的放假日，汤姆找了个空闲时间，
他来到了一个空旷的田野，他想放风筝，让自己开心起来。
On a rare day off, Tom found some free time.
He came to an open field, wanting to fly a kite to cheer himself up.
Part 3
“我想让风筝飞得更高！”汤姆一边跑一边喊。
一位老人坐在不远处，摇了摇头，微笑看着汤姆。
"I want to make the kite fly higher!" Tom shouted while running.
An old man sat not far away, shaking his head and smiling as he watched Tom.
Part 4
汤姆看到了老人，产生了好奇心，他跑到老人身边，
气喘吁吁地问：“什么是幸福？”
Tom saw the old man and became curious. He ran to the old man's side,
panting as he asked, "What is happiness?"
Part 5
老人沉默片刻，望向远方，说：“幸福是一只风筝。”
汤姆皱眉，不明白老人为何这么说。
The old man was silent for a moment, gazing into the distance, and said, "Happiness is a kite."
Tom frowned, not understanding why the old man said that.
Part 6
老人说道: “幸福就像风筝的线。
如果你把线握得太紧，风筝飞不高。
但如果你把线握得太松，风筝就会带着线一起飞走。”
The old man said: "Happiness is like the string of a kite. If you hold the string too tightly, the kite won't fly high.
But if you hold it too loosely, the kite will fly away with the string."
Part 7
“生活也一样，抓得太紧，你什么都想要，你将无法好好享受生活。
抓得太松，什么都不珍惜，你也将会失去幸福。”
"Life is the same. If you hold on too tightly, wanting everything, you'll be unable to truly enjoy life. If you hold too loosely, not cherishing anything, you'll also lose happiness."

Part 8
“所以，幸福的秘诀就是适度和平衡。”老人说道。
汤姆点点头，看向远方，开始享受田野美丽的风光。
"So, the secret to happiness is moderation and balance," the old man said.
Tom nodded, looked into the distance, and began to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the fields.
