梅子留酸软齿牙,
The plums leave a sourness that softens the teeth,
芭蕉分绿与窗纱。
Green plantain leaves cast their hue upon the window screen.
日长睡起无情思,
The long summer day finds me waking from sleep, with no specific thoughts in mind,
闲看儿童捉柳花。
Leisurely, I watch children catching drifting willow fluff.

梅子 (méi zi):一种味道极酸的果实。
