大卫：两位女士吃饱了吗？要不要再点一个菜？
Dàwèi: Liǎng wèi nǚshì chī bǎo le ma? Yào bu yào zài diǎn yí ge cài?
David: Ladies, are you full? Would you like to order one more dish?
玛丽：够了，我已经吃好了。
Mǎlì: Gòu le, wǒ yǐjīng chī hǎo le.
Mary: That’s enough. I’ve already eaten enough.
安娜：我也吃饱了。这家餐厅的菜真不错。大卫，以前你经常来这儿吗？
Ānnà: Wǒ yě chī bǎo le. Zhè jiā cāntīng de cài zhēn búcuò. Dàwèi, yǐqián nǐ jīngcháng lái zhèr ma?
Anna: I’m full too. The food at this restaurant is really good. David, did you often come here before?
大卫：不常来，一个星期两三次吧。
Dàwèi: Bù cháng lái, yí ge xīngqī liǎng sān cì ba.
David: Not often, maybe two or three times a week.
安娜：你每天都在哪儿吃饭？
Ānnà: Nǐ měitiān dōu zài nǎr chī fàn?
Anna: Where do you eat every day?
大卫：有的时候在食堂，有的时候去饭馆，偶尔也自己做。
Dàwèi: Yǒu de shíhou zài shítáng, yǒu de shíhou qù fànguǎn, ǒu’ěr yě zìjǐ zuò.
David: Sometimes I eat at the cafeteria, sometimes I go to restaurants, and occasionally I cook myself.
玛丽：你会做饭？我还是第一次听说。
Mǎlì: Nǐ huì zuò fàn? Wǒ hái shì dì yī cì tīngshuō.
Mary: You can cook? This is the first time I’ve heard that.
大卫：很少做。自己做饭比在外面吃便宜，不过没有饭馆的菜那么好吃。
Dàwèi: Hěn shǎo zuò. Zìjǐ zuò fàn bǐ zài wàimiàn chī piányi, búguò méiyǒu fànguǎn de cài nàme hǎochī.
David: I rarely cook. Cooking for myself is cheaper than eating out, but it isn’t as tasty as restaurant food.
安娜：你会做什么饭？
Ānnà: Nǐ huì zuò shénme fàn?
Anna: What can you cook?
大卫：水平最高的当然是煮方便面。
Dàwèi: Shuǐpíng zuì gāo de dāngrán shì zhǔ fāngbiànmiàn.
David: My highest-level skill is, of course, cooking instant noodles.
玛丽：那你和我一样啊！
Mǎlì: Nà nǐ hé wǒ yíyàng a!
Mary: Then you’re just like me!
