玛丽：警察先生，我和我的朋友走散了，麻烦你们找一下儿。
Mǎlì: Jǐngchá xiānsheng, wǒ hé wǒ de péngyou zǒu sàn le, máfan nǐmen zhǎo yíxiàr.
Mary: Officer, my friend and I got separated. Could you please help look for her?

警察：别着急，你坐着说吧。她叫什么名字？是哪国人？
Jǐngchá: Bié zháojí, nǐ zuòzhe shuō ba. Tā jiào shénme míngzi? Shì nǎ guó rén?
Police officer: Don’t worry. Sit down and tell me. What’s her name? What country is she from?

玛丽：她叫安娜，是德国人。她刚来中国不久，汉语说得还不太好。
Mǎlì: Tā jiào Ānnà, shì Déguó rén. Tā gāng lái Zhōngguó bù jiǔ, Hànyǔ shuō de hái bú tài hǎo.
Mary: Her name is Anna. She’s German. She has only been in China for a short time, and her Chinese is still not very good.

警察：她多大年纪？长什么样子？
Jǐngchá: Tā duō dà niánjì? Zhǎng shénme yàngzi?
Police officer: How old is she? What does she look like?

玛丽：大概二十三四岁，黄头发，蓝眼睛，个子不太高，一米六多吧。
Mǎlì: Dàgài èrshísān sì suì, huáng tóufa, lán yǎnjing, gèzi bú tài gāo, yì mǐ liù duō ba.
Mary: She’s probably twenty-three or twenty-four, with blond hair and blue eyes. She’s not very tall, around a little over 1.6 meters.

警察：穿什么衣服？
Jǐngchá: Chuān shénme yīfu?
Police officer: What is she wearing?

玛丽：她穿着一件黄衬衫，一条蓝牛仔裤，背着一个大旅行包。
Mǎlì: Tā chuānzhe yí jiàn huáng chènshān, yì tiáo lán niúzǎikù, bēizhe yí ge dà lǚxíngbāo.
Mary: She is wearing a yellow shirt and a pair of blue jeans, and she is carrying a large travel bag.

警察：你们是什么时候走散的？
Jǐngchá: Nǐmen shì shénme shíhou zǒu sàn de?
Police officer: When did you get separated?

玛丽：下午两点半左右。
Mǎlì: Xiàwǔ liǎng diǎn bàn zuǒyòu.
Mary: Around 2:30 in the afternoon.

警察：别着急，我们一定帮你找到她。
Jǐngchá: Bié zháojí, wǒmen yídìng bāng nǐ zhǎo dào tā.
Police officer: Don’t worry. We’ll definitely help you find her.
