声母、韵母和声调 Initials, Finals and Tones

汉语的音节由三部分组成：声母、韵母和声调。声调不同，意义就可能不一样。
Among the components of a Chinese syllable, there is a tone besides the initial and the final. Syllables with same initials and finals but in different tones usually have different meanings.

声母(initial ) + 韵母(final) + 声调(tone ) = 音节( syllable )
