bù zhī xiāng jī sì, shù lǐ rù yún fēng.
不知香积寺,数里入云峰。
Knowing not where Xiangji Temple lies, I wandered miles into the cloudy peaks.
gǔ mù wú rén jìng, shēn shān hé chù zhōng.
古木无人径,深山何处钟。
Among ancient trees with no trodden path, deep in the mountains, from where does the bell toll?
quán shēng yè wēi shí, rì sè lěng qīng sōng.
泉声咽危石,日色冷青松。
The spring waters sob over towering rocks, the sunlight grows cold on the green pines.
bó mù kōng tán qǔ, ān chán zhì dú lóng.
薄暮空潭曲,安禅制毒龙。
At dusk, by the bend of a deserted pool, peaceful meditation subdues the poisonous dragon.
