不得不/只好 忍不住 憋不住 (有什么不同)
不得不 (bù dé bù) indicates taking a certain action due to external reasons or circumstances, often because of responsibility, obligation, or compulsion. For example, “I have to go to work because I have bills to pay.”

忍不住(rěn bù zhù) expresses an inability to control emotions or impulses, naturally manifesting. For instance, “Seeing her injured, I couldn’t help but shed tears.”

憋不住 (biē bù zhù) refers to a feeling or desire that cannot be tolerated and bursts out. This term is usually related to physiological or emotional needs that require release. For example, “I can’t hold it anymore; I need to find a restroom.”

Yóuyú tiānqì èliè, wǒmen bùdébù qǔxiāo lǚxíng.

忍不住 (rěn bu zhù) - Can't help but / Can't hold back
看到那么搞笑的电影，我忍不住笑了起来。

Kàn dào nàme gǎoxiào de diànyǐng, wǒ rěn bu zhù xiào le qǐlái.
Seeing such a funny movie, I couldn't help but laugh.

憋不住 (biē bu zhù) - Can't hold back (often used for physical needs or emotions)
我喝了太多水，现在憋不住了。

Wǒ hē le tài duō shuǐ, xiànzài biē bu zhù le.
I drank too much water, now I can't hold it anymore.

憋气 (biē qì): Hold your breath
憋笑 (biē xiào): To hold back laughter or to stifle a laugh
憋屁 (biē pì): holding back flatulence
憋尿 (biē niào): Holding one’s urine or needing to urinate but unable to go immediately
