Henan Institute of Technology is a provincial full-time public undergraduate university located in the historic city of Xinxiang, Henan, which is also the core city of the Zhengzhou-Luohe-Xinxiang National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone. The university has earned numerous national and provincial honors, including recognition as a "National Advanced Employment Unit," a "National Model of Graduate Employment," a "National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base for College Students," and a "National Defense Education Feature School."
