Changsha University of Science and Technology City South College is an independent undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. It is jointly established by Changsha University of Science and Technology through a new mechanism and model in collaboration with social forces. It offers 23 undergraduate programs and specializations, including Civil Engineering (Architecture, Roads, Bridges), Hydraulic and Hydropower Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Automation, Energy and Power Engineering, Automotive Service Engineering, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Visual Communication Design, Environmental Design, Engineering Management, Logistics Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Communication Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, Accounting, Finance, International Economics and Trade, English, Law, Marketing, and Financial Management. The college currently has over 6,500 undergraduate students.
The college’s enrollment is included in the national general higher education enrollment plan. Upon completing their studies and meeting the academic requirements, students receive a bachelor's degree certificate from Changsha University of Science and Technology City South College, along with the corresponding bachelor's degree.
