Jingdezhen University is a multi-disciplinary, full-time public undergraduate institution founded in 1977. It is located in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province, a renowned historic and cultural city, a national model for urban civilization, a top tourist destination, and the world-famous "millennium porcelain capital."

The university covers a planned area of 2,025 mu, with the first-phase construction occupying 1,031 mu and featuring 362,000 square meters of buildings. The second phase, spanning 189 mu, is already underway. Jingdezhen University has 14,843 students enrolled and comprises 11 secondary colleges offering 34 undergraduate programs across nine major disciplines, including engineering, science, literature, management, history, law, education, arts, and agriculture. Its library houses 3.15 million volumes, and the total value of teaching and research equipment is approximately 119 million yuan. The school has over 400 on-campus and off-campus labs, training centers, and internship bases.
